Step by Step on Pictorial Painting with "House Paint" This is my Method of Hand Painting with acrylic enamels (house paint) on plywood. I use tube acrylic also. I have my local paint store mix me quarts of satin house paints in the tube acrylic Color Spectrum. Burnt Sienna, Raw Sienna, Cadmium Red, Cadmium Yellow, Ultra Marine Blue, Yellow Oxide, Burnt Umber etc. I mix my paint direct from the palette. The painting of the following sign, "The Sheltie Pub" is a Christmas present to my wife and now hangs in our kitchen.
